Hey Everyone, I've started to post a bit more because the itch to play with my car has come back in a big way. I started doing a bit of research on intakes for my 2012 GLI and was getting some really mixed reviews about what people liked. I heard something about this company in Vancouver called CTS Turbo and heard a ton of positive stuff about this guy named Clay (either the owner or in charge of customer relations) I did a ton a reading online and what I liked about CTS was that it was a small Canadian company, a full one piece unit, a top quality product, a clean/functional design & had great customer service.

I sent an email to CTS about ordering an intake and within minutes Clay had written me back (already very impressed) I had a ton of questions and Clay was always very quick to reply (I'm in the customer service industry and this is extremely important to me ) After work/life finally slowed down a little I finally placed my intake order. (July 14th eveing) Intake was shipped Monday July 15th and was at my place Friday July 19th really early in the morning.

(Super fast shipping = ) Saturday afternoon I had a little free time and was ready to install!! Opening the box I was extremely impressed with packing job. Each item was wrapped and protected so it wouldn't damage any of the other parts. Intake, Hardware, Cone filter and STUFF (T-shirt, License plate frames, Bottle openers, Lanyards and Stickers) I was a little surprised that I didn't find installation instructions in the box. I found the installation to be straight forward and fairly easy as I have installed a Neuspeed (FSi) and Carbonio (TFSi) intakes before. (about 1hour because I dropped a screw into the engine bay ) Before and Dirty After and Clean So far I'm extremely happy with the quality, fitment and sound of the CTS Intake.

I haven't had a chance to really open her up on the highway but I have no doubt that it will meet my expectations. Great Product + Great Customer = One Happy Camper Thanks CTS / Clay for living up to my extremely high expectations. Keep up the great work! What should I do next?
